Our workshops, which take place at the Bakehouse aim to provide home bakers of any level the opportunity to gain important knowledge and skills that will help in every aspect of their baking practice.
Places for each workshop are limited to enable us to give each participant the best experience in which to learn and more importantly enjoy the class.
We place emphasis on demonstrating and discussing a variety of techniques and the importance of ingredients and flavours, ways in which you can create your own unique bakes and tips on how to finesse your decorating style.
A range of workshops will also be made available to those that are perhaps more experienced and wish to gain further knowledge on topics such as baking with gluten free flours and grains, egg and dairy free baking and how to utilise new ingredients and methods to create plant based and vegan baked goods.
Winter is on its way and with it numerous invites to, or the opportunity to, host parties, family gatherings and seasonal celebrations, so why not join us at Noisette Bakehouse for an evening of seaonal inspired creativity in which you’ll learn a new skill that will add that special something to that holiday buffet or Christmas party centrepiece?
In this workshop we will be exploring cake decorating with a fun and modern approach to the art using incredible edibles to add chic and contemporary style to your baked creations.
